一、Product Introduction:

3. Portable: The host has a height of nearly 2 coins in diameter. It can be easily placed in vulnerable areas for monitoring without connecting to a computer.
4. Self check function (with 2 channels): 2 channels can trigger and receive signals, ensuring that the sensor coupling is intact and not loose.
5. Remote alarm: It contains a 4G module internally, and the alarm signal can be seen from the network when a characteristic signal appears.
6. Monitoring duration: It can be monitored for years and months, unmanned, and alarm signals can be automatically uploaded to the network.
二、Product Description:
1. The DS9 acoustic emission monitoring system is a system based on the national communication backbone network for on-site acoustic emission monitoring.
2. The DS9 monitor (4G) communicates with the base station. In areas with extensive coverage of 4G signals, DS9 acoustic emission monitoring systems can be installed.
3. The DS9 monitor is easy to install, just install the monitor and sensor, and then power it on. On site, 220V AC power or solar cells can be used for power supply.
4. After the installation of the monitor, customers can remotely set various settings for the DS9 monitor through a computer.
5. After the monitor starts running, the customer's computer can receive real-time acoustic emission data (parameters, waveforms) on site.
6. The acoustic emission parameters sent by the monitor are all backed up on the cloud server, which means that when the user shuts down the computer, the acoustic emission parameters will be automatically saved to the cloud server. After the user starts up, they can browse the parameters on the cloud server and download all or a specified time period. Due to the large amount of data, the acoustic emission waveform is not backed up on the cloud server.
7. The received acoustic emission parameters and waveforms can be analyzed and processed using the DS9AE acoustic emission monitoring system analysis software.
8. Acoustic emission parameters and waveforms can be easily exported so that customers can use other software for analysis.
