Characteristics
2. Based on the collected waveforms, more precise extraction conditions for acoustic emission parameters can be set, such as the threshold of each channel, impact identification time, impact locking time, and so on. This can obtain more accurate acoustic emission parameters, avoiding the error in extracting acoustic emission parameters caused by setting thresholds and other parameters based on experience.
3. Due to the continuous and complete collection of acoustic emission signals, all acoustic emission positioning points have corresponding positioning waveforms. By accurately adjusting the arrival time of the waveform (manually or automatically), more accurate positioning points can be obtained.
4. The collected acoustic emission signals can be exported in text or binary format by users to select all or part of the waveforms for waveform analysis using tools such as MATLAB.
